These terms govern your use of the Cabeça de Lagartixa ("CDL") website at https://home.wearecdl.com. By accessing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
The CDL website describes a business-to-business affiliate-marketing service. We do not sell consumer products from this site. Browsing the site does not create a client relationship; engagement begins only after a written agreement is signed between CDL and the brand.

- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to
access (including the operator panel at
/ui). - Interfere with the security or integrity of the site, including scraping at a rate that degrades service for others.

3. Service description
For contracted clients, CDL operates affiliate-style performance campaigns on Google Ads. We are paid a commission on confirmed conversions. The terms of any specific engagement (commission rate, daily budget caps, attribution windows, payment cadence) are set out in a separate written agreement between CDL and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or guarantee; specific terms are agreed contract by contract.
4. No guarantees
Performance marketing is inherently variable. We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, conversions, sales, or return on ad spend. Past results do not predict future results.
5. Intellectual property
The CDL name, wordmark, and the contents of this website are the property of Cabeça de Lagartixa. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from this site without permission, except that you may share links to public pages.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services (Google, affiliate networks, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their terms and privacy policies govern your interaction with them.
7. Limitation of liability
