Privacy Policy
Cabeça de Lagartixa ("CDL", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us by email or via the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, and any message you send.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer — through standard web server logs. We use this only to monitor service health and protect against abuse.
- Cookies. We use a session cookie only when an operator signs in to the internal application. Public pages do not set tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- To respond to messages and inquiries you send us.
- To deliver the affiliate-marketing service to clients who have engaged us.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where strictly required to operate the service (e.g. Google Ads, payment processors, affiliate-tracking networks on behalf of contracted clients) or where required by law.
3. Data retention
Inquiry messages are retained for as long as is reasonable to follow up. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Client campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Brazilian tax and accounting law.
4. Your rights

5. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Operator authentication uses argon2-hashed credentials. We follow standard industry practice for protecting data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure; please do not send highly sensitive information by email.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
